Child Photo Release

I, am the parent or legal guardian and hereby grant permission to Faith Roots, Inc. to use photographs & videos taken of my child during current and future nature experiences for any legal use, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, social media, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
